Refund Policy

Scope

This policy applies to purchases of Revivanta and related products sold directly by Pholnaxxiz through channels described on this site.

Eligibility

You may request a return of unopened items in resaleable condition within fourteen days of delivery, unless a longer period is required by applicable consumer law in your province.

Process

Contact us at infocenter@pholnaxxiz.world with your order reference. We will provide return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.

Exclusions

Opened consumable products may not be eligible for hygiene and safety reasons unless defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Timing

Approved refunds are typically processed within ten business days of receiving the returned goods; your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under the laws of Canada or your province.
